Kevin Shoell

I am in the Service Business. In April 1993, Doug Back and I started Title One in a small office with a couple of computers networked together and three employees. The first day we opened our doors the furniture had not been delivered, so we did our first couple of closings on a folding table. Our capabilities have increased tremendously since then, but my focus remains the same, I am here to help you. I am committed to help make your transaction exceptional.

Family. Over 30 years ago, I married the love my life, Shelly. Together, we raised 8 wonderful children who are my greatest joy in life. We have now transitioned into the grandparent stage and enjoy spending time with our ever-expanding number of grandchildren.

Hobbies. I love Canyoneering. It allows me to get away from the stress of life and appreciate the beautiful state of Utah. We live in an amazing place!
